• Order Cancellation:

  Customers may cancel their order any time before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation will no longer be possible.

• Refunds:

  Refunds are available only for orders that are cancelled before delivery. If the order has already been delivered, we cannot offer a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
